Collective Impact – The Secret Weapon

  • Limited to groups of 12, the Mastermind Network Group is a 12-month program that supports and nurtures you as you work towards achieving your business and life goals.
  • A Mastermind is a powerful union of like-minded individuals, collaboratively working together to achieve a common purpose by sharing knowledge and resources as they support each other’s their individual goals.
  • The concept of a Mastermind was originally coined by Napoleon Hill in his best selling book “Think and Grow Rich.”
  • Napoleon Hill’s description of a mastermind group follows: “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.” Deliberately seek the company of people who influence you to think and act on building the life you desire – Napoleon Hill

Benefits of a Mastermind Group

  • Get a Business “Advisory Board” that isn’t in our payroll.
  • Have a “Sounding Board” to validate your business ideas and a group that will provide a “reality check” before you jump in to any major business decision.
  • Be able to tap in to the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of other members of the group as if they were your own.
  • Expand your capabilities so you don’t have to face business challenges as a lone struggling entrepreneur.

Accountability.

  • As a member of a mastermind group, I’m held accountable for my own goals. Members of your group should be held to the same standard. Just knowing I’ll have to stand before my peers and confess that I failed to complete my goal is tough.Your members should feel compelled to do the same.

Differing perspectives.

  • It’s an amazing experience to hear your fellow mastermind members share their points of view. Quite often, there will be issues you may not be aware of that may be slowing down your growth. There are also times when you may not agree with their advice, but hearing differences in opinions is still magical.

Mutual support.

  • Groups should be based on achieving the same results. This allows the members to share their common expertise and experiences. When I face obstacles, members of the group can share their experiences in overcoming those obstacles and the best way to move forward.

Resources.

  • It’s always amazing to discover what resources are available through your peers. Are you stuck because you lack a skill set? If so, there will always
